I ship with USPS First Class Mail or Priority (depending on weight) with Delivery Confirmation or Tracking.

Processing time?
All orders ship in 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Since my full time job is creative video content and my online shop is used to fund future videos, I cannot ship next day.

Do you ship internationally?
No.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?
If you have any problems please email me within 10 days of delivery with your order number. Exchanges and returns are by a case by case basis. Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed based on product availability and run. Digital downloads are not refundable.

Digital downloads?
Digital downloads are not refundable. After checkout, a link will be sent to your email address to download the digital file. Download links expire after 24 hours. All digital photography is available at full, high resolution format at an estimate 20 MB at 7000x4000 pixels. Sizes may vary. Digital downloads have no watermarks, and the full license is listed here.
